- Establishment of the institute’s vision, management strategies, and business plans
- Establishment of organizational and departmental goals and performance evaluation
- Operation of the Board of Directors, Management Evaluation Committee, and Research Review Committee
- Improvement of enterprise-wide business processes
- Preparation and updating of institutional status data
- Overall management of budgeting and settlement for the institute
- Finance, accounting, and taxation
- Payroll, four major insurances, and retirement pension
- Cash flow and income/expense (corporate card) management
- Management of research and project budgets
- Research project agreement, execution, and settlement tasks
- Improvement of research management systems
- Research management regulations and training
- Management of research outcomes (papers, research notes)
- Tasks related to indirect cost rates and research support system evaluation
Main Tasks
- Planning and management of personnel systems (regular and contract employees)
- Work attendance and leave management, domestic and international travel management, and issuance of official documents
- Labor management (wage and collective agreements, labor-management council operations)
- In-house education management (e.g., job training)
- Procurement management (inspection and asset registration)
- Asset management
- General affairs (in-house events, welfare management, tenant company management, vehicle management, safety and health management)
- Establishment and implementation of security policies
- Management and improvement of programs such as website, webmail, and approval systems
- Information and IT security management, and formulation and application of related policies
- Conclusion of external MOUs and protocol affairs
Main Tasks
- Strategy and goal setting for corporate collaboration and dissemination of research achievements
- Overall management and operation of corporate collaboration exchange meetings
- Building networks with domestic and international corporate collaboration institutions
- Tasks related to corporate collaboration statistics, both domestic and international
- Support for corporate support policies by ministries (including local governments)
- Tasks related to participation in exhibitions
- Private consignment and technology transfer contracts/negotiations/post-management
- Establishment and execution of intellectual property utilization strategies
- Acquisition and operation of human resource development projects
- Planning, acquisition, operation, and performance dissemination of industry-academia cooperation projects
- Implementation of international cooperation projects (including overseas projects)
- Formulation and execution of internal and external publicity strategies (including production of promotional materials)
